Who you’ll be speaking with

Russell is a co-founder of Nightfall and leads client discovery and onboarding.

He brings a background in sales and marketing across the publishing and telecommunications industries, along with hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based law firms as a virtual assistant and case manager.

Russell’s role is simple: make sure clients feel clear, supported, and confident from the very first conversation.

Nightfall is also co-founded by Angel, our Head of Operations. With decades of operational experience, Angel designs the systems, workflows, and quality standards that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

She leads sourcing and recruitment, carefully matching each client with a remote professional who fits their needs, standards, and working style so you’re partnered with some of the best in the industry. She also oversees client success and talent management, ensuring strong post-placement support for both clients and assistants.

Completing the founding team is Brian, Nightfall’s Creative and Digital Marketing lead. Brian oversees digital marketing execution, content workflows, and creative systems, combining human expertise with the right technology to ensure work is delivered efficiently and consistently without added complexity.
